Hi I’m Nick. I’m an educator, facilitator, coach and consultant with over 25 years’ experience working across all sectors. My driving passion is creating amazing experiences for customers and patients having led and delivered numerous successful cultural change programmes in organisations such as John Lewis, Tesco, Accor Hotels and many, many facets of the NHS from large hospitals to community services.
